ALL MOVING & STORAGE IS A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS WHO WE HIRED TO MOVE US FROM MASSACHUSETTS TO FLORIDA AND THEY RAILROADED US WITH EXTRA FEES AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED SINGLE MOTHER AND HER BEAUTIFUL CHILDREN. ON NOVEMBER 28,2016. THEY SUBLETED OUR MOVE TO EXPERIENCED MOVERS IN BROOKLYN NY. WE HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING WE OWN THAT THEY STOLE AND SOLD. WE ALSO HAVE PICTURES OF THEM MOVING OUR BELONGINGS ANS THEIR TRUCK, FACES, LICENSE PLATES AS WELL. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS AND WE ARE STILL STRUGGLING TO REPLACE STUFF. THEY ARE ALSO IGNORING THE ATTORNEY GENERALS, ATTORNEYS ETC.THIS HAS BEEN A LONG HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE AND WE JUST DON'T WANT ANYONE GO THROUGH EXACTLY WHAT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WILL EVER HIRE A MOVING COMPANY. THEY DON'T DESERVE A STAR OR GOOD REVIEWS. THEY GOT AWAY WITH ROBBING US AND OTHERS HAVE CONTACTED US, BECAUSE THEY EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. WE HAVE A TON OF EVIDENCE PROVING THAT THEY ROBBED US AND DOCUMENTS, RECEIPTS ETC PROVING THEY WERE PAID IN FULL. WE WILL EXPOSE THEIR FACES AND LICENSE PLATES AND PICTURES OF OUR BELONGINGS ONLINE TO HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WHO BOUGHT OUR BELONGINGS THEY STOLE WILL RETURN THEM. WE ALREADY CONTACTED THE POLICE ON 12-23-22, ABOUT THE VIDEO WE WILL BE DOING TO EXPOSE THESE SCUMBAGS WHO RUINED OUR MOVE AND OUR LIVES. THEY ALSO STOLE OUR LOVED ONES ASHES/ REMAINS ETC. PLEASE DON'T HIRE THESE SCUMBAGS AND IF ANYONE ELSE HAS GONE THROUGH THIS WITH THEM. Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1617

Recently employed All Moving and Storage which resulted in being moved by Experienced Movers, LLC. After giving very accurate inventory and quoted a price of $1023, actual cost $1600. Charged additional for over 100 feet door-truck ($75) (wasn't much) and mandatory charge for wrapping mattress/box spring ($65). Pick-up 12/16-evryhting was fine although they load truck and then tell you it is $500 more than quote. Wanted to deliver to my new condo complex on Christmas Day which I refused. Came Christmas Eve. Upon arrival men were nice but my mattress and box spring were soaked on one side (after $ to wrap). Next day discovered large box missing. No inventory was performed in hectic move-in & Christmas Eve 9:30; box contained 95% of my clothing. Texted immediately and never got response. Started making numerous calls always being told they could not contact driver. After 3 weeks told I would have to go on line and make a claim with a 3rd party insurer (I did not add my own coverage). Form says I will hear in 60 days. Meanwhile I have to go purchase new clothing. Should note I only included newer, high end (Polo) brand items in my move to FLA. I would not recommend this company. Appears to be brokers only and disappear from the picture once the move begins.

Service cost: $1600

The worst possible nightmare occured with this company.. date scheduled, everything packed up

They did not show up. FYI also 5 months pregnant at the time.

Multiple calls to dispatchers and all they did was give me and my husband the runaround.

Joe was a total disaster of a manager. Had to threaten legal action for weeks just to get my deposit back.

Blamed it on summer hours, blah, blah.

Not an excuse! Do NOT overbook!

I have no idea how they have so many five stars since the Better Buisness Bureau revoked their accreditation and on their website they say BBB A+.

**look at BBB website yourself they lost accreditation because of the many complaints they had!

False advertisement and a bunch of crooks

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2000

They lost the side rails to my bed and I therefore cannot assemble it. I am nearly 7months pregnant and have been sleeping on the floor since my move. I contacted everyone I can for information or to at least file an insurance claim but have been entirely ignored since May 17. I cannot reach anyone with the company via phone or email.

Joe was great in setting up the estimate, but after that everything went down hill. I was told it would take 3 to 7 days for my things to be delivered and given a phone number to call to check up on everything. When I did call, at day7, the number was disconnected (super shady). I finally got Joe to connect me and the woman told me it was actually 5-7 "business" days from the delivery date I requested. Nobody mentioned business days initially. Everything was picked up and on April 29 and finally delivered on May 12. Communication was like pulling teeth through this entire period and the woman, Julia, was always extremely rude and put out sounding when I asked for updates (when I could get her on the phone). My mother had flown in to help me since I am so pregnant; but had to fly back shortly after delivery because things were so delayed.

During the delivery inventory, they discovered they did not have my bed rails (the sides of my bed frame). I was told I would again have to deal with Julia. This was a Friday. The warehouse was already closed. Monday I called again and she said she would look into it, that I should email her details, and that from here on out we would communicate via email. I did this and didn't hear anything back. On Wednesday I emailed again asking her to verify that she received the email. She responded saying she had but had to look into it. And that's the last I've heard.

No one will respond to my calls or emails. I cannot even get the info to file an insurance claim. This is appalling business practice.

I'm not even going to get into how the actual price of the move was literally double the estimate.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2800

All Moving and Storage doesn't deserve any stars and is very unprofessional. They seem respectable when getting a quote but once they have your deposit they don't care about service or your satisfaction. First, no moving company should EVER require a deposit. Lesson learned. We were going to choose All moving and Storage when my husbands company agreed to pay for the move. They had a specific moving company they wanted to go through. So we gave them all the info they needed to refund us the deposit and they never did. I would call and Joe would conviently never be there and would never return my calls. They kept our deposit without any service rendered and they are a scam. They need to be out of business and should not be trusted. They also don't tell you that when they deliver your stuff their start date begins on the day you want your stuff to arrive. My friend used them and her stuff took close to a month. During that time they wouldn't answer her phone calls and at one point even told them their stuff was lost. Once they did get their stuff a lot of it was damaged. Please learn from our mistakes and DONT choose All Moving and Storage.

I consider myself a very fair and reasonable person. I understand it's busy season (July 2018). I understand traffic is not within their control, but a bad situation became worse because of this company. The day of the move, the sales rep, Joseph Cohen, was hard to reach and rude. I was frustrated with their late arrival and admittedly spoke to him rather curtly, but he yelled back which was shocking. I said "WOW" aloud because I truly could not believe a customer facing staff member was speaking to me that way. I sincerely regret the decision to hire this team, and if I had to do it over again I would not. I was charged what I was quoted (with the exception of a long haul fee), but everything else was a negative experience. The movers didn't start work until 9:50PM after initially being quoted 9:00AM..which turned into 2:00PM-6:00PM which turned into an 8:40PM arrival. I called and checked in two weeks before the moving date trying to be proactive about any potential issues we might have. I was told by Joe that the movers would be able to double park "no worries" only to get a call on the day of the move because the movers couldn't find parking. Not only that I would be charged a long haul feel because of it. Additionally, they outsource their movers (which they were not necessarily transparent about) and there is very poor communication from the sales team to dispatch to the company they hire to move. As I mentioned I am a fair person and will give credit where credit is due. The movers worked very hard and quickly and were respectful. The foreman and team did the best they could, but he did not speak English very well and we had a hard time understanding each other. I wrote notes on the boxes "FRAGILE", "HANDLE WITH CARE" but the notes weren't read or understood. Also the team came dressed in shorts and sandals and the overall reality did not match the expectation of the professional moving team I had hired. I am awaiting my things now-- I was expecting them yesterday-- and not sure when I will actually get them. I pray that their in good condition, and I get them relatively soon.

I choose All Moving & Storage after speaking with Sara. She was very helpful and we loved everything she had to say. I would recommend this company for any one looking to move. They gave us a quote and that quote didn't change from pickup to delivery. Very happy with all the effort the guys put in to make sure everything was done correctly. As a quick suggestion to everyone looking for movers I'd say make sure you read your contract and ask as many questions as you can!
